DETALLES DEL SERVICIO

La ropa se recoge antes de las 16:00 de la tarde en recepción y será devuelta al día siguiente a partir de las 16:00 h. La ropa entregada fuera de ese horario  se incluirá en el servicio del día siguiente. Si lo requiere puede consultarnos en recepción por el servicio exprés en el mismo día, el cual lleva un 50% de recargo (servicio bajo disponibilidad). The clothes are collected before 16:00 pm at the reception and will be returned the next day from 16:00 pm. Clothes delivered outside of these hours will be included in the next day´s service. If you require it, yoy can contact us at reception for the express service on the same day, wich carries a 50% surcharge ( service subject to availability).

IMPORTANTE

El servicio de lavandería funciona todos los días, excepto sábado, domingo y festivos. El hotel no se hace responsable de la ropa que encoja o destiña. En caso de pérdida o deterioro de un artículo el hotel no se responsabilizará de  ninguna cantidad superior a cinco veces el coste del servicio. En el caso que esta lista no acompañara a su ropa deberá aceptar el número de piezas indicado por el Hotel.

The laudry service works every day, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. the hotel is not responsable for clothing that shrinks or fades. In case of loss or deterioration of an item, the hotel will not be responsible for any amount greater than five times the cost of the service. In case that this list does not accompany your clothes, you must accept the number of piece indicated by the hotel.
